01 Red team agent

A challenging team mate

I developed and used a red-team evaluation framework that challenged assumptions, identified strategic and experience risks, tested scalability and accessibility concerns, and strengthened design, product and brand decisions before delivery through structured cross-functional critique.

It acts as a senior cross-functional red team reviewer evaluating a proposal from the perspectives of UX, accessibility, systems thinking, engineering feasibility, product strategy and brand consistency. It Identifies assumptions, risks, scalability concerns, stakeholder conflicts and potential unintended consequences.

It does prioritise constructive challenge over approval.

Lets use triggers and health scores to promote growth

I developed an AI-assisted workflow that consolidated data from multiple sources to build a more comprehensive understanding of customer profiles and behaviours, enabling more informed and effective customer engagement.

The system combined customer health scores, behavioural signals and a range of contextual triggers to generate a suitability model that helped identify the most appropriate next steps for each user. This supported more accurate signposting towards self-service tools where appropriate, while also identifying opportunities for targeted sales or support intervention to guide customers towards the products and services best suited to their needs.

03 Rapid wireframing

Multi agent prompts to create fast layouts

I developed an AI-assisted design workflow that combined a structured design system with specialised review agents focused on specific experience patterns such as gallery pages, forms, onboarding flows and review journeys.

By integrating design system principles directly into the AI workflow, the agents were able to evaluate outputs against predefined standards for layout consistency, usability, accessibility and interaction quality. This created a more focused and scalable approach to experience design, enabling faster iteration, stronger design coherence and more effective optimisation of layouts across different user journeys.
